About project:
We are developing a comprehensive B2B marketplace platform and an innovative fintech application. A critical component of this platform is the Universal Financial Core, designed to handle all financial operations securely, reliably, and in compliance with relevant standards.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis/Functional analysis experience;

  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);

  • Experience with the Financial / FinTech domain;

  • Experience with ledgers or core banking;

  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements;

  • Strong ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives;

  • Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus);

  • Fluent with SQL, XML, JSON;

  • Great Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


Communication & Soft Skills:

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders;

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment;

  • English Level B2 at least.


Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Financial or a related field;

  • CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or other Business Analysis certifications (nice to have).
