We’re looking for an ambitious, structured, and relentless Sales Manager to join our B2B sales team and help us expand our client base among mid-sized and large enterprises. This is not just about calls it’s about strategy, ownership, and results.
General Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly;
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
Collaboration and Communication:
Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback;
Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
You Are
4+ years in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, consulting, or IT services;
Fluent in German and English; Swiss German is a strong plus;
Fearless on the phone, persuasive over email, and effective on LinkedIn;
Process-driven with high discipline in CRM usage;
Tech-savvy and eager to learn, from AI tools to legacy systems challenges and basics;
Motivated by growth, impact, and getting deals moving.
