Role Overview

As the SMM Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, leveraging your expertise in social media to enhance our visibility and reputation in the marketplace, mostly within the B2B space. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience, amplifies our key messages, and strengthens our brand position, and drives lead generation.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for S-PRO public profiles and 2-3 top executives’ public profiles

  • Create engaging multimedia content for our social media platforms.

  • Monitor and analyse trends and competitors’ activity and report on performance metrics.

  • Engage with customers and followers

  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with business goals.

  • Stay current on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager

  • Excellent story-telling and copywriting skills

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

  • Excellent written English. German B2+ would be a plus.

  • Strong experience with brand promotion on LinkedIn.

  • Experience in the software/IT/tech domain.

  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
