Job description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our startup and help us build and promote our product in the Polish market (part-time opportunity).
Job requirements
What you’ll do:
Set up, manage, and optimize Instagram/Meta advertising campaigns
Create engaging video content and ad creatives
Test different marketing hypotheses, audiences, creatives, and messaging
Analyze campaign performance and continuously adapt advertising and content based on results
Work with landing pages and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates
Collaborate on marketing ideas and experiment with new approaches
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience with Meta/Instagram Ads
Experience creating or coordinating video content and advertising creatives
A strong understanding of A/B testing and performance marketing
Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Analytical mindset combined with creativity
Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment
Fluent Polish and good English
