About project
We are developing a set of applications for the US Health Insurance industry.
The role is an extension to the customer’s in-house team (5 developers + 2 QAs) working in a Scrum environment with 1-week sprints. The project involves building scalable and secure applications that streamline processes in the insurance/healthcare sector.
Required skills and experience:
7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET
3+ years of professional experience with Angular
Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL is a plus)
Experience with Blazor (at least minimal) is a plus
Solid understanding of multi-tenant architecture principles
Working experience in the Insurance/Healthcare domain is a plus
Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles is a plus
Strong product engineering mindset, problem-solving skills, and out-of-the-box thinking
Comfortable working directly with the client’s team
English: Upper-Intermediate+
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET and Angular
Collaborate closely with the customer’s engineering team to align business goals with technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Work with SQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity
Contribute to building and improving multi-tenant applications
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews
Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and optimize system performance
Ensure compliance with security and data quality standards in healthcare applications
Nice to have:
Experience in lead roles or mentoring team members
Hands-on knowledge of microservices or service-oriented architectures
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or others)
Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
