About project

We are developing a set of applications for the US Health Insurance industry.
The role is an extension to the customer’s in-house team (5 developers + 2 QAs) working in a Scrum environment with 1-week sprints. The project involves building scalable and secure applications that streamline processes in the insurance/healthcare sector.

Job requirements

Required skills and experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET

  • 3+ years of professional experience with Angular

  • Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL is a plus)

  • Experience with Blazor (at least minimal) is a plus

  • Solid understanding of multi-tenant architecture principles

  • Working experience in the Insurance/Healthcare domain is a plus

  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles is a plus

  • Strong product engineering mindset, problem-solving skills, and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Comfortable working directly with the client’s team

  • English: Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET and Angular

  • Collaborate closely with the customer’s engineering team to align business goals with technical solutions

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

  • Work with SQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity

  • Contribute to building and improving multi-tenant applications

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews

  • Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and optimize system performance

  • Ensure compliance with security and data quality standards in healthcare applications

Nice to have:

  • Experience in lead roles or mentoring team members

  • Hands-on knowledge of microservices or service-oriented architectures

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or others)

  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
