We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of short-term (2-3 month) software development projects. In this role, you will act as a single point of accountability, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and strong business outcomes. This position requires a product mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to operate without a dedicated Business Analyst.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of software projects from discovery through launch

  • Act as the single point of accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction

  • Lead discovery and requirements gathering independently (stakeholder interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes)

  • Define clear, measurable deliverables and ensure alignment on the definition of done

  • Apply a product mindset: challenge assumptions, prioritize based on business value, and optimize scope for timely delivery

  • Create engineering-ready documentation (functional specs, API contracts, data models, edge cases)

  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to prototype solutions and accelerate delivery

  • Build and manage delivery teams, including staffing, onboarding, and adjusting team composition

  • Drive delivery processes (planning, standups, demos, retrospectives) and maintain a well-structured backlog

  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding progress, risks, and decisions

  • Coordinate QA and UAT processes, validate deliverables, and test critical flows before release

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects

  • Experience working in outsourcing or product environments

  • Strong understanding of modern web and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)

  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end independently

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Background in Business Analysis or Software Development

  • Experience with fixed-price project scoping and pre-sales activities

  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools to accelerate delivery

  • Working knowledge of Figma (including reviewing and making light edits)
